I never realized how obsessed people can get on video games until the day my husband moved our into the living room aand set it next to the other tv so he and his cousin Devon play call of duty live together...ridiculous!

Brrrrrrr!

You know it's cold outside when your nose hairs instantly freeze to the sides of your nose!! Alaska is beautiful but freezing and we have a lot of freakin snow we have more snow then I have ever wished for in my entire life! we went sledding a little while ago and we went to a hill called Cravase hill its not that tall but it is steep and so much fun. When we got to the top we were tired so we sat down I looked at the hill and wondered if it would work the same Way if I slid down on my butt....so I did and for the most part it worked but it was a little bumpy on the way down. the Owens have a huge black sled that we fit 4 people into and sled down now this sled is tall so when you ride in it the one thing you don't want to do is try to bail out the side of it.....which of course is the first thing Khyle did and practically killed my leg in the process! Other then that we had a lot of fun!

2012!

It's 2012 and I realized that it has been an entire year since I last wrote on my blog! A lot has happened since then I'm now married, living in Alaska, and expecting. I am married to my loving husband Khyle and living in Palmer Alaska....that's right you read it right A FREAKIN LASKA.....it;s not so bad I guess because its very pretty up here and a lot of Khyle's family is up here so it's not too lonely but I still miss my family sometimes. Of course I have learned quite a few things while being up here in crazy land my husband taught me how to shoot a 22 and took me on a short hunting trip I had so much fun especially riding a 4wheeler for 2 hours straight that was awesome and it was in fall so all the leaves were changing it was one of the most beautiful things I've ever seen. Another thing I got to do was something i have wanted to do my whole life...to ride a horse by myself with NO one else leading the horse! I have learned that even though people tell you otherwise Alaska is so 3 years behind the rest of the US and is way more expensive. The winter is very very hard but I think I'm really going to love the summers up here especially no humidity and khyle's family and friends do a lot of crazy fun things so it will definitely be interesting can't wait to go 4x4ing and to get completely covered in mud from head to toe!

Old Memories

So I was looking around on the Internet the other day and I went to facebook. I was looking at some old pictures it was kinda weird because I thought about how different my life is now compared to how it was in school. Back in elementary it was little group of friends and ewwwwwww boys have cooties!! In Junior high it was make a lot of friends try to get A's and.....nope boys still have cooties...but I guess I could date them. In high school I had a set back cause we just moved to Minnesota so the goal was to make a few friends and just try to get school over with. Now I still have those friends but we never see each other and we bearly talk, and now it isn't just a boyfriend I have to think about marriage....HOLY COW!!! What a scary thing to think about let me tell ya...anyway it's kinda funny looking back and being happy that I made some pretty good decisions and now laughing at the stupid ones but unfortunately seeing the ones I wish I could change. Life is just full of surprises isn't it!!

The Internet hates...?

Ok i'm pretty sure my iternet hates me. The other day I wanted to get on so I turned on my computer and got onto the internet. Well for some reason it didn't work so I exited out and tried again...it still didn't work so I reset my computer...still didn't work so I went to see if anyone else had problems...oddly I was the only one in the house having a problem! so I decided just to check tomorrow. The next day it worked just fine which made me think that my computer was just having issues the day before, until it happened again...and again! Then today I went to facebook and it wrked just fine but then I tried to go to justdubs.net and for some reason it didn't work...MAH DANG what is this world coming to!!!!!

Kenny West....

So my little brother kenny is 3 yearrs old. To everyone who meets him he is a cutie and a little shy...but he's not! I always tell people all the time "HE IS THE DEVIL"! people don't believe me but it's true!! This child is plain evil he knows just how to push your buttons! The other day I took him to the stre with me he enjoyed it right yup until the walk home...he was al of a sudden sooo tired. Today I finally get him out of the ttub and he runs around like a crazy person the boy is insane I tell you...but he's still my brother so I guess I still love him!!

Best Day Ever!!!

So Me Blaire Dorothy Claralyn Ellen and my mom all went to the Minnesota state fair yesterday it was AWESOME!! We had a great time...well except for the fact that is it was freezing cold outside! First we went to the Miracle of Birthing Center...very interesting pretty sure we wont be going in there next time. After that we got this big barrel of french fries...man those things were so good, after we got the fries we spun this wheel thing and Ellen won some more fries, then we got pork chops on a stick...on a stick people were else are you gonna find all the food in the park on a frickin stick that's just weird and awesome at the same time. After we ate we kept walking for a while then we stopped at this little stand and found these toys called klackers they were oddly very entertaining so we bought one and played with them all day, the whole time people kept coming up too us and telling us they used to play with those when they were kids and asked us where we got them it was cool and weird at the same time. I think we are most definitely going again next year!

Sweet Boredom!

Ya know you never realize when you are truly bored until you go to walmart at 10:30 at night with the intent of buying facepaint but never end up buying facepaint instead you play hide and seek! I do have to admit it was an intense game we split into two groups and one group went to go hide the funny part is the fact that they didn't stay in one place so it was just a bunch of silly teenagers running around a walmart in the middle of the night. Finally the 2nd group was caught so it was then the 1st groups turn to hide....well they didn't specify any rules so me and claralyn found the best hiding place ever they couldn't find us for almost an hour it was great!!! After they finally found us they were mad because we were supposed to be moving around...they were just jealous cause they couldn't find us!

Kid memories

So my sister showed me this new website were you can find all this tv music i thought it was a little wierd but tried it out anyway. When I got to the website it had a lot of tv show theme songs on it. Livi found dexters lab and the big comfy couch it was awesome. We were sitting there talking about all the shows we used to love watching when we were little. The best part was when I was looking through trying to find a certian theme song and just happend to stumble upon...EVERY SINGLE SONG FROM SCHOOL HOUSE ROCK!!!!!!!!! I used to love that show it was the best...good times man!

Workin Hard Or Hardly Workin!?

It was a reallly nice day yesterday so I decided ya know why not go to cub and get somethin so I got ready and decided to take kenny with me...well I ended up taking kenny william and rusell but oh well. Anyway so we were walking and I had the stroller and as I was thinking... workin hard...

Home Alone

Finally...I actually get to be home ALONE no gabby no william no kenny and no dolly everyone is gone but me!! Now at first I thought yes finally no one will bother me it was great till everybody left...home alone...great now i'm bored! Well I guess it's just me for the next litle while till claralyn comes over....ya know being alone isn't all that great unless you actually have something to do!

Don't take nice for granite!

Have you ever stopped to think about all the things you have. All the gifts the friends, and you don't actually realize what you have until you've lost it. We take all of the things we have for granite and never think of how it would affect our lives if we loose them. Especially a strong bond like friendship or love, you never realize how much you need that person until they are gone and you can't get them back, or how that bond will never be the same as it was. You can't just let go and forget because it will come right back and hit you in the face. You have a group of friends and you have that one true friend who is a little weird but the only one who knows you the best and you don't realize that the weird friend is the one you can count on until you loose them then you regret not having that lasting support. What about that friend who you see all the time who secretly has a crush one you and finally tells you about it and you secretly have a crush on them but would be embarrassed to admit it so you act like it is nothing and joke around with your friends and that person finds someone else then realize that person was the one who always made you smile when you were about to cry. We need to hold on to those things and bonds that make us who we are.

Target Practice?

Ok we went to our new Young Womens leaders house for activity last night. First we played pictionary then she took us outside to play another game. So we all went outside she teamed us up and then put us in two lines then she put a bunch of marshmellows on both sides....DODGEBALL!!! Of course the marshmallows had to have some kind of catch...they were covered in corn starch...lovely! It was all fun and dandy until everyone started ganging up on me it was so unfair and my sweatpants went from black to gray in seconds but it wwas still fun and we got to have ice cream afterwards so it all turned out ok!!

Paintball

OH MY HOT DANG I went paintballing for the first time ever the oher day it was a lot of fun and painfull. I got shot 4 times one on my finger two on my arms and one on my leg the worst one is up by my shoulder. I was thinking about it and i think it was a little unfair to play civil war when it is boys against girls especially when only one of the girls has actually played before! Well even though I got shot and it hurt I would still go play again if I got the chance. Besides I did get my revenge because I shot Nick in the BUTT and I shot Jimmy In the NECK so I called it even!

Girls Camp!

This last week I went to ward camp and unfortunately it was my last year but I think it ws one of the best I have had. We did a lot of fun things this year, we went canoeing, tubing, and hiking, now in my personal opinion hiking isn't very fun but I was with friends so it wasn't to bad. canoeing was a BLAST we all hooked our canoes together and went as one big giant canoe it was a lot of fun...but oh so very painful afterwards...our beloved leaders somehow forgot to tell us that the canoe trip was SEVEN FREAKIN MILES LONG!!!! The funny thing that came from it was we all had freaky sunburns! I went tubing for the first time...it was sooo much fun. I think the best part of girls camp was that we could have an awesome fun time and still be able to have the spirit with us! That and the fact that a raccoon pooped in the shape of a P!!

EEWWWW!!

So I was at work the other day doing my normal DUTIES when I went to go clean the bathroom. First I cleaned the girls bathroom and as usual it wasn't too bad. After I was done with the girls then I had to clean the boys now with any other bathroom it wouldn't be a problem but there is just something about our subway, I just knew something would be wrong. So I went into the boys bathroom and MAN it smelt BAD so I looked around and it wasn't to dirty so I looked around to try and figure out where the awful smell was coming from, then I looked over in the corner..."Oh no this is not what I think...OK I'm going to look down and everything will be normal" or so I thought, but of course I look down pick up the toilet brush and BAM somebody peed on the toilet brush....-_-.... WHAT KIND OF AN IDIOT WALKS IN AND PEES ON THE TOILET BRUSH!!!! So I cleaned the toilet, cleaned the toilet brush (in the bathroom sink tee hee), cleaned the sink then washed my hands about 3 times it was an interesting day!

So me and blaire are sitting in the living room with gabby brittany and william (my siters and brother). We are wathching an episode of Supernatural and there were a bunch of kids playing truth or dare andd one of the kids said "you chose dare indstead of truth so you will either have to go inside and get a jar from mordicais' cellar or make out with me" and the girl said she would rather go in the cellar. Of course my little brother william being a kid and not knowing what he is saying said "I would rather make out" it was sooooo funny!!

Graduation Time

June 11, 2010 YEAH I graduated. School is finally over now I can relax and enjoy my summer. It is going to be so nice knowing I don't have to go back to school in the fall if I don't want to. I feel great knowing there was at least on thing in my life that I was 100% able to accomplish and that makes me really happy Time To Party Baby!!!!!!!!!
